ACCESS 
Please ask receptionist to allow access to door of the studio booked. They will be able to get you through the Mag locked doors on the floor. 
 
Once outside the studio - 
 
The keys are Located inside a key safe outside the room you Have Hired - 
 
Studio A (Room 517) is located on the 5th Floor 
 
Studio B (Room 416) is located on the 4th Floor 
 
The key will have the key to the studio also a Fob to help you get back and forth throughout the building.

PARKING 
Everyone is entitled to 2 hours free parking which is encouraged to allow for pick up and drop off of equipment.
 
If more than this is needed you should give prior notice and may incur a cost to the landlord. 
You can also ask the receptionist if this is possible. 
 
 
LIFT 
There are 2 lifts on site.
One is the general passenger lift. 
 
The other is a goods lift that should only be used for heavy equipment or set objects. 
If you should need to use the goods lift you should ask the receptionist on how to use this.
 
 
TOILET & KITCHEN 
Both Toilets and kitchenette is located on the floor of the studio. You are more than welcome to use the fridge and appliances.  Please respect our neighbors and leave this place tidy. 
 
Just make sure that you bring the fob with you so you Do not get locked out.  

 
USE OF EQUIPMENT 
All equipment is included in the hire cost and you are able to use it. 
If any damage to equipment you should notify Aseptic Studios. Damage costs will have to be covered in full. 
 
The lights use triggers which sometimes may need a change of battery. If you do not know how to use these you should check out the information from the supplier below

COLORAMAS & BACKDROPS
Aseptic Studios offers a range of coloured backdrops for use during your booking,
You are welcome to use these however must let aseptic Studios know. 
 
They are stored outside studio 416. 
 
These cost £10.00 per meter soiled (on the floor). This means if you stand on them for full bodylength photos you will be charged for the length on the floor only.  As this is an exhaustive material this will have to be charged for. 

You Will have to pay for this via Bank Transfer 
 

EXTRA HOURS 
If you need extra time you should let us know as early as possible as we could have a booking after you. 
 
You will have to pay for any extra time via bank transfer & this will be charged at the hourly rate.

TIDYING UP
It is very important to us that the studio is reset to its default set up. 
Hirers must make sure the studio is tidied and left neat for the next hirer. 
Any mess may be charged to your card for a cleaning fee.  (£30)
